09 / 09b I2V locked
Kling v3 · 3s · audio off on 09.2 and 09b.1–4. 09b.1–2 redone with full-panel letterbox starts. Review on board.
Not a magazine. A dated list of what actually landed on the worksite — so we remember, and so anyone joining can see where the film is.
Kling v3 · 3s · audio off on 09.2 and 09b.1–4. 09b.1–2 redone with full-panel letterbox starts. Review on board.
Six cells: restore HUD plate, Dex hero still, four memory flashes from the locked strip. Reset timing stays on 08. I2V open on 09.2 and 09b.
Correct hand grip from 08.2 final frame. Animated glitch with frozen finger (no Kling). Old tear backed up. Join 08 rebuilt.
Finger masked from still + Kling glitch. Other tests removed from the board. Join 08 rebuilt. Superseded by plate on 08.2 last frame.
Three Kling clips (08.3 take 2: frozen finger, glitch only), letterboxed 1280×720, 0.4s crossfade — ~8.3s silent. 08.1 out. Reset still to mux on the tear.
Still ≈ 08.2; approach already in 07.11. Join will be 08.2→08.3→08.4 (~8.2s). 08.1 kept as archive.
Four Kling v3 clips · 3s · audio off. Clean UI → tear → signal death. Then: 08.1 cut from join.
Four 3s clips, audio off (~$1.60). Clean UI on 08.1–08.2; tear on 08.3; signal death on 08.4 (Kling min 3s vs 1.5s beat). Superseded — now locked.
Four keyframes (~9s): pre-tap, contact, tear (parent still locked), signal death. Reset starts on the tear. Stills + I2V 08.1–08.4 locked.
Eleven locked Kling clips, letterboxed 1280×720, 0.4s crossfade — ~47.5s silent. 07.3 was near-square: padded. Hard cut into 08 still to open.
Locked Kling picture + Stable Audio Open 1.0 (4s room tone + sit foley). AAC mux. ElevenLabs skipped — Firefox auth unavailable.
Same mute Kling clip + synth mix (outdoor bed + 3 knocks at ~0.55/0.95/1.35s) muxed AAC. Not final SFX — proves the picture→audio pass.
Closing line and phone rising (Kling v3 4s). Eleven I2V clips locked on 07.1–07.11. Conversation join and audio are later passes.
Sofa (6s), Dex sits (4s), wake-up track insert (5s). Visor never on Dex. DEFAULT Reset UI holds.
MCU Adam, MCU Dex, OTS earpiece — Kling v3 5s, audio off. Visor in hands; Dex bare. 07.5 v2.1 take off the board.
Kling v3 takes locked on the conversation open: master, case insert, two-shot. 07.1 needed a retake (take 1 put the visor on Dex).
05b.1 Seedance, 06.1 + 10.1 Kling v3. Square walk/knock letterboxed to 1280×720, 0.4s crossfade — ~15.3s silent cut into 07.
Same locked knock still, 4s, audio off. Kling v3 opens the door at the end — wrong beat (that is 10.1). Seedance 1.5 Pro keeps the door closed and the knock. Seedance 2.0 flagged the still as sensitive (E005) twice — out. Default for the arrival bridge is now Seedance 1.5 Pro; Veo stays on no-face POV (05); Kling stays for dialogue on 07.
Three keyframes (~16s): walk (05b.1), knock (06.1), Dex opens (10.1). Parent stills already locked — production copies under those names. Radio stays off from 05.4. I2V pending; prefer Kling v3 (faces in every frame). Hard cut into 07.
The roll after shot 13 plays the full FlowMusic cue (~2:52). Scroll velocity is driven like Keijiro’s Reaktion: RMS → adaptive Reaktor level, plus a BeatInjector pulse on the ~110 BPM grid, mapped to speed (crawl in quiet / rush on peaks / punch on the beat). End card lands at 2:35. Invented crew list — the excuse to stay and listen.
Four keyframes (~20s with Veo timings): master, straight, curve, approach. Same method as 07 — one locked still per clip, no long I2V chain. The Grok→Kling→Veo test stays on the general board as a rejected approach. Stills 05.1–05.4 locked; Veo 3.1 take 1 locked on each (4+6+6+4s, audio off).
Locked MCU Adam as frame 1. He speaks, slow push. Visor stays in both hands, gemstone in the right ear, mustard jacket holds. No second person. Still a test — audio off; the line is diegetic later. Same model as 07.5 take 2.
Same locked still as take 1, Replicate kling-v3-video, standard 5s, no native audio. No grin this time: he listens, face and room stay. Motion is quieter than v2.1 — closer to the still, which is the point. Still a test, not a locked clip. v3 is the I2V model going forward; v2.1 stays as the rejected take.
Kling v2.1 on Replicate, locked 07.5 as frame 1, standard 5s. Face, charcoal tee, empty ears and the Eames room hold. He smiles — the beat is listening, not a grin. Reject the take, keep the method. Stills stay Nano Banana; Replicate is only for motion now.
The general storyboard stays the map. Production keyframes start here: the conversation is twelve clips (~52s), not one still. 07.3 is the locked two-shot; the rest are needed. Stills first, then I2V. Visor never on Dex in this sequence — that is shot 11.
Eighteen seconds for the VR Flashback landing: locked stills, Kling I2V for every product beat (orbit / lid open / earpiece), then the live Capture and Restore plates from the storyboard — not Ken Burns on photos. Hard cuts, Neural Bed 62. Write-up so others can reuse the method.
The reverse-montage still was the last Flux keeper. Nano Banana remake is on the board: same Dex, charcoal tee, amber left / B&W right. Flux file kept as .flux.
Same four panels. On top: amber on the left, cooler desat on the right, scanlines, RGB tears, white hits — Phase 3, not the teal of Adam’s nested memory. Ungraded keeper is .pregrade.
03, 03b and 04 stay the same frames. A grade on top: colder shadows, muted mustard, stronger vignette. Not amber. Ungraded keepers are the .pregrade files. 02 / 02b / 05 stay the false present.
03b already has the package and the unboxing. 03 is on the board: Adam in the villa hall looking at the Series 01 site — MEMORY IS NOT A RECORDING on the screen. Ears empty. No case. Monitor, not a laptop. The old look-into-the-case still stays retired.
New Nano Banana still on 04: gemstone in the right ear, [ START RECORDING ] readable, mustard sleeve. The previous take is .prev.
Shot 03 stays the full-frame look into the open case. 03b is on the board: package arrives, opens the case, skims the instructions, puts on the earpiece. 2×2, teal, not amber. Panel 04 is the left ear in this take — the lock is the right. Then 04 is the phone tap.
A dedicated page under Project: subjective reality, information, the bit as formalization of distinguishing, and the bridge to VR Flashback. EN and IT.
grabando.gif is reconstructed in canvas: the solid hexagon shrinks, then eighteen triangles assemble a larger hex with gutters, in a wave around the core, and fold back. Same loop, cyan on black. The grey-on-grey GIF stays on disk.
Neural Bed 62 sits on shot 01 and dies on the dissolve. Static Afterimage is the car radio at full volume on the drive (05): on at 02b, ducked under the unboxing, off at Dex’s house. VR FLASHBACK Reset starts on the [END RECORDING] cut and rides 09–11. Phase 4 is still silence. Prompts and players are on the cards.
Wake-up is what Dex sees in the Viewer, so it is not only the phone card. App keeps the 400×780 HUD. 16:9 is the cinematic plate: same construction, four-column meta, visor vignette. Capture at ?frame=film, then F for fullscreen. Landscape without a frame query auto-selects 16:9.
The shooting script only asks for three tracks: a low binaural bed on the product intro, the car radio (duck it for the unboxing, full volume on the drive), and Dex’s default wake-up — which starts on the [END RECORDING] cut, not before. Phase 4 is room tone. Prompts for FlowMusic are written; generate those, not a score under Adam’s last line.
The old lime wake-up page is gone. [RESTORING ORIGINAL MEMORY] is now the Series 01 Viewer HUD. The compass-and-hexagon loop is rebuilt in canvas — same sequence as the GIF we kept: three dashed circles, hatch fill, compass walk. Diegetic. Fullscreen for the plate.
The grey MUI page with the pink STOP is gone. Capture is black / cyan like Series 01: [ START RECORDING ], then a live HUD, then [ END RECORDING ] and a glitch. No green button. Shot 04 and shot 08 can load this URL on the phone.
Shot 10 sits between 06 and 07: Adam knocks, Dex opens, then the conversation. Same still. 09b panel 03 stays the peephole — what Dex saw before he opened.
The two-shot of Dex opening to Adam is already shot 10, full-frame. In the strip, panel 03 is what Dex saw through the spyhole: Adam outside, circular fisheye. Then 10 is the door opening. The strip is on the board.
Four panels now: Dex drinks, Dex looks at the door, Dex opens and meets Adam (the old 10), Adam explains. The couch/headset beat stays as shot 11. 10 remains the locked full-frame of panel 03. The new strip is on the board.
The still that was 09c is now 05b: Adam has left the coupe and walks toward Dex’s house. Then he knocks (06). Shot 10 stays Dex opening the door, in the restore. Same image. Do not regenerate.
Nano Banana Free, Adam plate. He walks to the coupe — car in front, doors closed, villa behind, case under the arm. Then 02b (looks at the box) and the unboxing memory. Arrival is 05b, before the knock.
After 02 he gets in, sets the case on the pale leather passenger seat, and looks at the box. That still is now on the board as 02b. 05 stays the drive after the flashback.
That Nano Banana street frame reads as Adam already out of the coupe, walking toward Dex’s house. It now sits immediately before shot 10. Shot 02 is empty again: he should be walking to his own car, villa behind him, to leave for Dex’s. Same Adam plate. Do not regenerate 09c.
Shot 01 is no longer a generated fake HUD. It is the first viewport of the VR Flashback landing — black, cyan, Series 01. The workshop block “this page is part of the story” stays off that still.
Nano Banana Free, two-person plate. Dex looks at the visor in his lap, black socks. Adam sits beside him, mustard blazer, hand on the shoulder. Warm light, no filter. END is on the board.
Nano Banana Free. Same sofa as 11, warm daylight, no glitch. Dex lifts the headset; the eyes are open. Phase 4 starts here.
Nano Banana Free, Dex plate. He is on the sofa in black socks, both playback devices on. Flux had the visor only. The still is on the board.
Each shot names the one plate to attach and the Nano Banana Free prompt we are actually using — not the old Flux strings. Copy prompt copies that text.
Nano Banana Free. Dex inside, black socks, no shoes. Adam on the threshold with the case and the earpiece. Two different men. VR FLASHBACK readable. The first take had sneakers — this one is on the board.
Nano Banana Free, two-person plate. Kitchen, knock, Adam explains, visor on the couch. Same Dex face in 01, 02 and 04. Both faces readable in 03. Flux had given Dex the visor at the door and cut him to a pair of jeans.
Nano Banana Free. [ END RECORDING ] in cyan, scanline tear, chromatic split. The simulation dies here. Phase 2 closes.
Nano Banana Free with a two-person plate. Adam stands and holds the visor — not on his head. Dex listens in the charcoal tee, socks, no shoes. Faces stay separate. Flux used to merge them.
Nano Banana Free. Adam at Dex’s architectural door, in-ear on, fist raised. Flux had over-ear headphones. The case lettering slipped to ASHBACK — the beat still holds.
Nano Banana Free. POV in the coupe: mustard sleeve, black watch, pale leather. The presentation case sits on the passenger seat with VR FLASHBACK on the lid — not built into the dashboard.
Nano Banana Free. The phone button is cyan [ START RECORDING ], not a green stop. The gemstone earpiece sits in the right ear. Mustard sleeve and black smartwatch hold.
Nano Banana Free, same one-file plate. Adam in the villa hall, case open, VR FLASHBACK on the lid. Face and wardrobe hold. The foam still invents generic silver buds instead of the locked gemstone earpiece.
The locked product photo is now a dark faceted in-ear — smoked-glass body, matte charcoal tip, silver mesh. Not the old pentagonal LED. The one-file plate and the landing use this shot.
One-file plate (face, wardrobe, earpiece, case) into Nano Banana Free. Adam walks a villa drive with the in-ear capture device — not over-ear headphones — and VR FLASHBACK on the case. Flux never held that. The still is on the board.
The old LoRA crops were 10–40 KB. The sheets are now split into twenty-two separate 1024px photos: same locked wardrobe, different angle, crop, and expression. Attach those, not the collage. Zip on the character page. No Replicate generate.
Flux on Replicate — LoRA and Flux 2 Pro — did not hold quality: over-ear headphones instead of the earpiece, similar faces, cardboard where the case should be. New frames are generated in Nano Banana / Gemini or ChatGPT Images, with the locked sheets, earpiece and presentation case attached. The Replicate generate script stays as a prompt archive. It will not run.

VR Flashback is a $70,000 prototype. It arrives in a walnut-framed presentation case: matte black panels, rose-gold VR FLASHBACK on the lid, brass plaque USED — EXCELLENT CONDITION. The case is locked next to the earpiece. Shots that used to show a kraft box (02, 03, 05, 06, 10) are regenerated against that photo.
Adam was standing over Dex. The locked pose is both men on the sofa: Dex hunched over the headset, Adam beside him with a hand on the shoulder. Wardrobe stays mustard blazer, not the blue shirt from the pose draft. Flux 2 Pro with the posture still plus both face crops.
The door flash had two similar men because it ran on Adam’s LoRA with only Dex crops. It is now Flux 2 Pro with both locked reference sets, like 07 and 13. Dex opens; Adam arrives with the VR FLASHBACK box. Dual LoRA stays banned.
Plain Flux on Replicate did not hold Adam. We trained two subject LoRAs with the fast-flux trainer, from cropped sheet photos, not collages. Adam’s trigger is TOK. Dex’s trigger is DXK. One-person shots use the matching LoRA. Do not load both LoRAs in one image: the faces merge into twins. Two-person shots (07, 13, the 09b strip) go through Flux 2 Pro with the locked reference crops. Nano Banana / ChatGPT Images stay the public door — attach the sheets, same wardrobe rules.

Shots 01–13 now have a frame. Shot 09 stays the reverse-montage still. Next to it, 09b is the four-panel memory strip from the earlier draft (kitchen, knock, Adam explains, headset on), regenerated with the locked faces. Some frames are keepers. Others can still be replaced. The twelve “needed” slots from this morning are gone.
Adam and Dex are very wealthy. Quiet luxury: Adam’s stone-and-glass villa and dark luxury coupe; Dex’s architect-designed house, high ceilings, designer sofa. Dex in a t-shirt is ease, not a small flat. The street in shot 02 cannot stay a modest suburb.
Adam does not record with a visor on his head. He wears the VR Flashback capture earpiece — glossy black, faceted, silver ring, white pentagonal LED — in the right ear for the whole recording. The visor and headphones are playback, for Dex. The product landing now says so. Shot 02 has to show it.
The first storyboard still is no longer the old olive-shirt draft. Shot 02 is generated from the v3 Adam sheet: mustard blazer, taupe open collar, cream pinstripe, two-tone loafers, box under the arm. Dex is not in this frame. The other twelve shots stay marked needed.

The Virtual logo is now the glitch ring plus the word VIRTUAL, as SVG. Light version on dark pages, dark version on the workshop pages (script, storyboard, characters).
The cinematic home exists in English and Italian. Language sits top right. The Italian door to the script goes to the shooting script in Italian.
The public home is no longer a generic template. One door into the world of VR Flashback, one door to create a frame. The product page stays diegetic. This site stays the collective.
Shooting script in English (and Italian / Spanish drafts). Thirteen numbered storyboard shots with prompts. Adam and Dex locked: mustard blazer vs charcoal t-shirt — do not mix wardrobes. Frames can be generated by anyone and sent to linkberri@gmail.com.
